Let It Snow (Craftin Desert Divas Linky Party)

Here is what I made


I used this adorable snowman digi stamp and colored him in with Spectrum Noir markers. I wanted to create a shaker card under the theme of "snow" using white and clear sequins. To create the shaker I cut out a circle from a piece of white cardstock. I adhered some acetate behind the circle and adhered foam tape on the back to create the necessary dimension.  
To create the background of the inner part of the shaker, I used distress inks to give it a bit of color. After assembling the card, I adhered the snowman with foam tape. I "created" the sentiment, printed it on white paper and adhered it to a piece of light blue card stock to give it a bit of stability and also to contrast it from the white background. For finishing touches I applied a few drops of glossy accents all over the card.
