You're a hottie! (Craftin Desert Divas Linky Party)

Hi everyone and welcome back to the start of another Linky Party! I created this card for you. I used the tea cup from the Kitchen Cuties stamp set and stamped it on white cardstock and colored it with Copic and Spectrum Noir markers. I also stamped the sentiment "You're a hottie" directly under it. I think it goes perfectly together. Then I die cut the white cardstock using the smallest rectangle die from the Fancy Frame die set.



For my background I used mix media cardstock and applied Ripe Persimmon Distress Ink with a blending tool. Using white pigment ink, I also stamped the tea cup along the whole panel trying to keep it nice and evenly. After the ink was dry, I die cut the cardstock with the largest rectangle die. To create a nice contrast I also die cut the scallop rectangle from black cardstock.



To assemble my card, I adhered the black panel to a standard white notecard. On top, I adhered the red panel as well as the smaller white panel with the tea cup using fun foam. I hope you enjoyed my card and I am looking forward to seeing your creations on the blog!
